    This was a great episode. As a beginner entrepreneur and introvert, Beth’s book sounds very helpful.

    Also, I listened to this episode during my lunch break today. Before lunch I was frustrated with an employee and almost sent an email in that state of mind. Thanks to you sharing your experience at the end of the episode, I addressed it verbally after lunch and the issue was resolved quickly.
